learning experiences, Wichita State students can have

Nestled within the vibrant campus of Wichita State University
is a hub of innovation and experiential learning known as the
Deloitte Smart Factory. This state-of-the-art facility, offers
Wichita State students unparalleled access to unique applied
learning opportunities, bridging the gap between academia and
real-world business challenges.
Ebony joined Deloitte as an Experience Design Intern, eager to
make a difference in the company and gain practical experience
in her field. Despite being new to the organization, Ebony's
talent and drive quickly caught the attention of her superiors,
who recognized her potential and entrusted her with prominent
projects. Ebony's enthusiasm was evident when she said,
"Despite still being new at Deloitte, I am given prominent
projects which excite me for my future with the company."
BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

As an Experience Design Intern, Ebony's primary responsibilities
are to gather post-experience surveys from clients. This crucial
task allows her to provide valuable insights to the leadership
team regarding clients' suggestions for improvements and
recommendations for The Smart Factory experiences. Ebony's
meticulous approach and attention to detail ensured that the
feedback was accurately collected and analyzed.
In addition to her survey-gathering role, Ebony implemented
the creation of client workbooks, which serve as a
comprehensive guide for clients to navigate their experiences
at The Smart Factory. Ebony also coordinates shuttle services,
monitors registration, and oversees check-ins for tours.
Ebony is poised to achieve great heights in her professional
journey working fulltime after graduation for Deloitte
Consulting Firm after internships at Apple, Tesla and Deloitte.
