OneStop Student Services offers 24/7 student support
and service through live chat, phone and web ticketing

Students may choose an in-person option by visting
the Shocker Success Center, Suite 104. Additionally,
OneStop Student Services advises all first-year students
entering directly from high school, students who took a
gap year and first-time in college international students.

Located in the NEW Shocker Success Center, Student
Success helps students maximize their academic potential
and reach their personal goals through a range of programs
and services, regardless of personal background. Its goal is
to help students develop skills and an individualized plan
to graduate in a timely manner while engaging with our
community of learners.

campus, offering:

A Personal Librarian assigned to assist students from

Collaboration Hub on Level 2 offers students a place to
